รายละเอียดงาน

? All operational responsibilities hereinafter should be focused on Chinese guests in particular, however, the same applies for non-Chinese guests.
? Attend the morning briefing before each duty shift.
? Read the communication log book before each duty shift.
? Ensures his / hers appearance, personal hygiene and uniform are to the hotel standard.
? Enforce hotel?s Principals of Hospitality and exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
? To report the reasons for guest complaints, incidents to the Front Office Manager / Guest Services supervisor.
? Provides cover when the front office team are absence or sick.
? Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff / guests within the hotel.
? To ensure any guest requests are properly attended to by the respected departments and follow up.
? Ensure all requests by the guests are auctioned i.e. Wake up calls, Booking Taxi services, Hire rental, breakfast box, extra beds, etc.
? Check daily transfers and log, check all room keys.
? Prepare guest arrival registration card, welcome, departure and billing information letters and send to respected departments.
? Check the guest in and out as per hotel SOP standard procedure ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
? Ensure all money is correct, house fund.
? Try to achieve all targets that are set by the hotel management. Walk in, Guest Comments, tours etc.
? Liaise with the Housekeeping team concerning the VC & VD rooms.
? Follows policy regarding lost and found and reports and any security concerns to the Supervisor.
? Notify Supervisor when any quantity of front office stock is running low.
? Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fires and emergency procedures.
? All telephone conversations are to be dealt in a professional and courteous manor ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
? Ensure you are up to date with the hotel computer system and money procedure system.
